When asked about the difficult times, including the loss of her grandmother in March this year, she recalled, "I prayed a lot, and the help from my manager, caddie, and other good people gave me strength." Regarding the tournament venue, Tiburon Golf Club, she said, "In 2018, my results were not good, so I didn't like it, but now I have come to love this course," and humorously added, "I even want to buy a membership." She continued, "I'm happy to win in a tough situation," and said, "I think I was a little luckier than Korda."
