Lotte Hotel Jeju Launches 'Save the Earth' Package
A Portion of Package Usage Fees Donated to Marine Environment Protection Fund
Free Participation in ACE Beachcombing Program, Beachcombing Kit Provided
[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Kim] Lotte Hotel Jeju announced on the 22nd that it will launch the 'Save the Earth' package, which allows guests to donate for marine environment protection and directly participate in eco-friendly activities.
A portion of the sales revenue from this package will be donated to 'Save Jeju Sea,' which leads the efforts in cleaning Jeju's seas. It is meaningful in that guests can participate in environmental protection activities simply by staying at the hotel.
The package benefits include a one-night stay in a Deluxe Mountain Room, breakfast for two at The Canvas (per night), one set of vegan protein bars made from Jeju specialties such as organic Jeju tangerines, beets, and carrots, one set of eco-friendly vegan amenities, and one vegan lip balm. The stay period is until March 31 of next year.
Additionally, the 'ACE Beachcombing' program is prepared for those who want to actively protect the beautiful Jeju sea. Beachcombing is a compound word of 'beach' and 'combing,' meaning the activity of picking up trash along the beach as if combing it.
Participation in ACE Beachcombing is free, and participants receive a beachcombing kit from the ACE Club, which includes eco-friendly vinyl gloves and a tie-back bag.
