According to the Military Mutual Aid Association, a media outlet reported that Mplus F&C, a subsidiary of the Military Mutual Aid Association, proposed a rebate condition worth 1.5 billion KRW to packaging manufacturer Company Y during the process of negotiating a contract to supply 1 billion masks in mid-last year.
Regarding this, a representative of the Military Mutual Aid Association stated, "Mplus F&C, a subsidiary of the Military Mutual Aid Association, did not demand a rebate worth 1.5 billion KRW when signing the mask supply contract with manufacturer Company Y," and added, "An actual audit confirmed that there was no demand for a rebate in this case."
Furthermore, they mentioned, "The complainant, manufacturer Company Y, also acknowledged that they were not asked for a rebate and that Mplus F&C did not violate any laws, and thus withdrew the complaint."
