This year, fresh food, books & music/e-education, and camera categories showed strong growth. Fresh food recorded a growth rate of 450%. The books & music category showed a growth rate of 265%, while mobile & tablets (111%), health supplements (104%), and health & medical supplies (68%) also made significant advances. Most categories, including kitchenware (67%), body & hair care (59%), and coffee & beverages (52%), showed steady growth of over 50% compared to the previous year.
This Big Smile Day Smile Delivery expanded the number of handled products by strengthening sales service capabilities. VendorFlex provided Smile Delivery warehouse management system (WMS) and delivery capabilities to sellers with logistics warehouses, and SellerFlex offered delivery capabilities such as Smile Delivery’s courier rates and dedicated customer service.
