No Brand Burger Opens 'Seomyeon Branch' Where Customers Can Experience Brand Philosophy
[Asia Economy Reporter Seungjin Lee] Shinsegae Food announced on the 16th that it has opened the Seomyeon branch, a complex concept store where customers can experience the brand philosophy of No Brand Burger.
Located in Busanjin-gu, Busan, the No Brand Burger Seomyeon branch, which opened with one basement floor and three above-ground floors, is designed not only as a dining space but also as a place that offers customers new experiences and enjoyment.
Shinsegae Food focused on presenting content preferred by the MZ generation (Millennials + Generation Z), the main customer base of No Brand Burger, as Seomyeon in Busan is a key commercial area representing Busan and a popular spot among young people who are sensitive to trend changes.
The exterior wall of the No Brand Burger Seomyeon branch is covered in yellow to make it easily noticeable from afar. Additionally, the store, spanning from the first to the third floor above ground, uses various graffiti, interior materials, and sculptures on each floor according to different themes, allowing customers to enjoy No Brand Burger in a unique atmosphere.
The basement floor is planned to be used as a space for consultations and training for prospective franchisees and will serve as a regional hub store in the Yeongnam area to promote the brand philosophy of No Brand Burger.
A Shinsegae Food official said, “We introduced the Seomyeon branch as a complex concept store, focusing on the increasing preference of the MZ generation for offline stores where they can have special experiences. We plan to continue marketing efforts to provide new experiences and enjoyment unique to No Brand Burger and nurture it as a leading burger franchise in Korea.”

Meanwhile, No Brand Burger, launched by Shinsegae Food in 2019, surpassed 100 stores in just one year and six months, the shortest period in the industry, and recently opened its 150th store in September at Busan Hadan Art Malling, marking its second anniversary. Based on this growth, Shinsegae Food aims to expand No Brand Burger stores to 170 by the end of the year.
