The donation will be used for the expansion of the KAIST Department of Computer Science building, providing student laboratories, coding and project practice rooms, and spaces for social contribution education programs.
KAIST has played a role as a cradle for domestic startups by producing numerous entrepreneurs. Kim Jae-won, CEO of Alice, said, "We want to expand educational infrastructure to encourage active communication between educators and learners, create a virtuous cycle that resolves educational disparities, and improve the quality of education."
