Hyundai Construction to Launch 'Hillstate Pyeongtaek The First' for Sale in December

[Asia Economy Reporter Jo Gang-wook] Hyundai Construction announced on the 10th that it will supply ‘Hillstate Pyeongtaek The First’ through the Seojeong Apartment Reconstruction and Maintenance Project in the area of 780, Seojeong-dong, Pyeongtaek-si, Gyeonggi-do in December.
The complex will be built with 17 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to 15 above-ground floors, with a total of 1,107 households and exclusive areas ranging from 59 to 84㎡. Among them, 698 households will be available for general sale. By exclusive area, there are △59㎡ 71 households △74A㎡ 35 households △74B㎡ 210 households △76㎡ 81 households △84A㎡ 133 households △84B㎡ 13 households △84C㎡ 44 households △84D㎡ 111 households.
Seojeong-dong, where the complex is located, is the original downtown area of Songtan, offering various established living infrastructures, and it also has a promising future vision due to the development of advanced industrial complexes such as the nearby Godeok International New City and Pyeongtaek Brain City.

Within a 1km radius, Songtan Station commercial area and Seojeong-dong commercial area are located, equipped with various convenience facilities such as banks, hospitals, and Lotte Cinema Songtan branch.
Within a 500m radius are Jijang Elementary School, Songhyeon Elementary School, Raon Middle School, and Raon High School. Within an 800m radius is Songtan Station on Line 1 of the metropolitan subway. Adjacent to it is National Road No. 1, and the Pyeongtaek-Jecheon Expressway is nearby, providing a wide-area transportation network that allows convenient travel to other regions.
Additionally, transportation convenience is expected to improve further through the KTX direct connection project from Suwon. With large-scale development benefits such as the expansion of Samsung Pyeongtaek Campus production lines and the Brain City general industrial complex project nearby, there is a high possibility of co-growth.

‘Hillstate Pyeongtaek The First’ harmoniously combines slab-type and tower-type floor plans. The complex is mainly oriented southward for excellent lighting and introduces a 4Bay slab-type structure (except for some units) with good ventilation. It maximizes space utilization with ample storage space designs such as dressing rooms, pantries, and alpha rooms (except for some units). Additionally, the tower-type floor plan (except for some units) applies a two-sided open living room to enhance openness.
Hyundai Construction’s unique specialized design, ‘H Clean Entrance,’ is applied to provide a pleasant indoor environment. The ‘H Clean Entrance’ activates an entrance air shower system from the ceiling as soon as you enter, blocking fine dust and various external contaminants, and allows contaminated clothing to be instantly moved to the laundry room through a clean system entrance.
Also, for the slab-type floor plan (except for some units), the previously less usable master bedroom balcony was removed to allow expansion of the master bedroom. Hyundai Construction’s other specialized designs, ‘H Master Room’ and ‘H Balcony Plus,’ were applied for the first time in this space to maximize space utilization.
A Hyundai Construction official stated, "Songtan original downtown is an area where no new apartments have been supplied for about 14 years, so demand is abundant," adding, "There is strong interest from buyers as it is a large Hillstate brand apartment complex close to Songtan Station."

‘Hillstate Pyeongtaek The First’ is located in a regulated area (subscription overheating area), but since all supply units are 85㎡ or less, 75% will be allocated by the point system and 25% by lottery. The first priority subscription condition requires applicants to be household heads aged 19 or older with a subscription savings account for at least 24 months. The resale restriction on the sale right lasts until the ownership transfer registration.
