Ediya Coffee Surpasses 2 Million Cumulative Sales of 'Icecon'
[Asia Economy Reporter Moon Hyewon] Ediya Coffee announced on the 8th that its own snack lineup, ‘Ediya Snack,’ has surpassed cumulative sales of 2 million units for the two types of ‘Icecon’ since their launch in April last year.
In response to increasing customer demand for finger foods that can be enjoyed with beverages, Ediya Coffee launched ‘Ediya Snack’ in 2018. Emphasizing popular flavors that appeal to all ages, each product released, such as ‘Creamy Choco Potato Cookie,’ ‘Creamy Cheese Grain Cookie,’ and ‘Mini Coco Crunch,’ gained great popularity.
In particular, the two types of ‘Icecon’ released in April last year have sold more than 100,000 units per month on average, establishing themselves as the representative menu of Ediya Snack. Icecon, a cookie in the form of an ice cream cone, is baked directly in the oven without frying, making it savory and crispy, perfect as a snack for children. It comes in two flavors: sweet chocolate and sweet and tangy yogurt, and surpassed cumulative sales of 2 million units within one year and six months of launch.
