View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Ji-eun] On the afternoon of the 4th, the Blue House held a National Security Council (NSC) Standing Committee meeting chaired by Yoo Young-min, Chief of Staff to the President, replacing Suh Hoon, Director of the National Security Office, who is on a presidential overseas trip, to discuss issues including the supply of urea solution.
Economic Chief Ahn Il-hwan attended the meeting to discuss measures to facilitate the smooth supply of domestic urea solution.
The attendees reviewed the domestic urea solution supply situation and agreed to strengthen diplomatic consultations with related countries to ensure stable supply domestically, while continuing to devise measures to protect Korean nationals in overseas risk areas.

They also reviewed recent trends in North Korea and major countries, emphasized the urgent need for stability on the Korean Peninsula, and agreed to expand consultations with related countries to advance denuclearization and the establishment of permanent peace on the Korean Peninsula, including a declaration to formally end the Korean War.
