Naked Man Causes Disturbance in Motel After Prostitute Flees During Shower
[Asia Economy Reporter Na Ye-eun] A man in his 20s who caused a disturbance by wandering naked in a motel corridor after an illegal sex worker fled while he was showering was sentenced to a fine.
On the 3rd, the Incheon District Court Criminal Division 5 (Presiding Judge Oh Beom-seok) announced that it sentenced A (26) to a fine of 4 million won on charges of obstruction of business and property damage.
A was prosecuted for obstructing motel operations by wandering naked for 45 minutes in a motel corridor in Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, around 5:35 a.m. on December 14 last year, ringing doorbells of other rooms, repeatedly punching and kicking other room doors, and using abusive language.
It was investigated that A committed the crime out of anger after the woman fled while he was showering, as he had intended to engage in illegal sex work that day.
The court stated, "The defendant has a history of multiple criminal punishments related to violent crimes such as obstruction of business," and judged that "considering the details of the case, the nature of the crime is not good."
