Gwangju Seobu Fire Station, Drawing Contest to Commemorate Fire Safety Awareness Month
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Jin-hyung] Gwangju Seobu Fire Station (Chief Yang Young-gyu) is holding a drawing contest for posters and other works to promote fire prevention culture in celebration of Fire Prevention Emphasis Month until November 30.
The drawing contest is open to elementary school students in Seo-gu and includes three categories: posters organized by the National Fire Agency, and imaginative drawings and four-panel comics hosted by Seobu Fire Station.
Entries can be submitted by visiting Seobu Fire Station in person or by mail. For details such as the announcement schedule of winners and artwork specifications, inquiries can be made to Seobu Fire Station.
Yang Young-gyu, Chief of Seobu Fire Station, stated, “We ask for the interest and participation of citizens so that elementary school students can have the opportunity to express their imagination on the theme of fire prevention, thereby creating an atmosphere of fire prevention.”
