The Korea Healthy City Awards is a healthy city contest that discovers and selects exemplary cases among member cities of metropolitan and basic local governments affiliated with the Korea Healthy City Council.
The county participated in the Climate Change Response category with "Millennium Bamboo Forest, Damyang Responding to the Climate Crisis and Revitalizing Health," receiving high evaluation and winning the Excellence Award.
