Menu options range from ? la carte dishes to set menus for 2 to 3 people. Notably, they offer a 'Dry-Aged Roasted Duck' course menu, where the duck is dry-aged for 7 days to enhance its juiciness and texture. It features a rich flavor made with brown butter sauce and fully ripened honey from Gangwon Province. The dinner menu, designed for 2 to 3 people, includes soup made with duck bone broth, duck ragu pappardelle, and duck leg slow-cooked at low temperature to add umami.
The main appetizer is oysters, a seasonal autumn ingredient. Tongyeong oysters can be enjoyed fresh with omija mignonette sauce and lemon for a refreshing taste or grilled with bacon and tomato.
