The Bank of Korea and the Korean Statistical Society to Hold Joint Forum "Speaking with Data" on the 4th
Exploring Directions for the Advancement of Statistical Analysis
[Asia Economy Reporter Jang Sehee] The Economic Statistics Bureau of the Bank of Korea announced on the 2nd that it will jointly hold a forum titled "Speaking with Data, From Past to Future" with the Korean Statistical Society on the 4th.
Professor Kim Chung-rak of the Department of Statistics at Pusan National University will introduce changes in statistical analysis techniques according to the evolution of data in an invited lecture.
In the following session, the development process and future tasks of the Bank of Korea's national accounts statistics will be reviewed. Various analysis methods according to different data types will also be discussed.
