President Moon plans to announce an enhanced Nationally Determined Contribution (NDC) at the COP26 meeting on the 1st (local time), aiming to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 40% by 2030.
Meanwhile, at Glasgow Airport, the UK side was represented by Butler, the Foreign Office representative, and Ross, the legal officer of the British Royal Household, while on the Korean side, Ambassador Kim Geon to the UK came out to welcome President Moon.
