[Asia Economy Reporter Han Jinju] The Seoul Metropolitan Government is producing video content showcasing hot places such as Hanyangdoseong, Seongsu-dong, DDP, and Gyeongui Line Forest Park, which will be broadcast in 19 countries.
On the 29th, Seoul announced that it will release 'Travel Diary SOUL; SEOUL,' co-produced with the global broadcaster History Channel, through TV channels and OTT platforms.
In Travel Diary, Karina, the leader of the idol group aespa, and actor David McInnis, who appeared in 'Descendants of the Sun' and 'Mr. Sunshine,' serve as travel narrators. It will be broadcast in 19 countries including Japan and Southeast Asia from the 30th until mid-December. Program highlights, teaser videos, and making films will be additionally released on the History Channel YouTube and Seoul City YouTube channels.
This video was produced as a total of four episodes under the theme of 'The Soul of Seoul.' Karina introduces stylish Seoul spaces by visiting hot places favored by the MZ generation such as Gyeongui Line Forest Park and Seongsu-dong. David McInnis experiences pottery making in the Mullae-dong creative village and introduces hidden gems such as Seokpajeong, Bukak Octagonal Pavilion, and the Hanyangdoseong trail, which offers a time travel experience.
