Gyeongnam Police Prepare for Halloween COVID Spread Just Before 'With Corona' Transition
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Sang-hyun] The Gyeongnam Provincial Police Agency announced on the 27th that it will intensively inspect violations of quarantine rules targeting entertainment districts for three days starting from the 29th to reduce the risk of COVID-19 cluster infections during the Halloween period.
The police regard this period as the final hurdle before entering the phased daily recovery (With COVID) and will respond jointly with local governments.
The inspection items include compliance with business hours at entertainment facilities, hunting pubs, and emotional pubs, management of visitor logs, adherence to the number of users, and violations of quarantine rules such as private gathering limits (5 people under level 3, including 10 fully vaccinated persons) at parties and events held in houses and lodging facilities.
