Jinyoung Hosts the 76th Police Day Ceremony
[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Isul] Actor Jinyoung (Jung Jinyoung) served as the host for the 76th Police Day Commemoration Ceremony.
On the 21st, the 76th Police Day Commemoration Ceremony was held at the Police Investigation Training Institute located in Cheonan Asan. It was connected via video with police officers nationwide, sharing the event with 140,000 police families across the country.
Jinyoung took on the role of host due to his recent involvement as Kang Sunho, a police university student cooperating with an active detective to investigate an illegal gambling ring, in the recently concluded KBS2 drama "Police University."
Alongside Police Officer Kim Minseon, a former announcer, Jinyoung skillfully led the ceremony, which lasted about an hour. Through two rehearsals, he adapted to the pace and style of the co-host, demonstrating a responsible attitude.
Through his agency, Jinyoung said, "I was very honored to be the MC for Police Day, and this experience gave me a meaningful and grateful time to understand the hard work of police officers."
