Gwangju Creative Economy Innovation Center Hosts Online Seminar for Startup Success
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Jin-Hyung Park] Gwangju Center for Creative Economy and Innovation (Center Director Sang-Yong Ha, hereinafter Gwangju Innovation Center) announced on the 20th that it recently held a '2021 Preliminary Startup Package General Field Support Project HR and Labor Seminar' through a non-face-to-face online education over one night and two days.
This seminar was jointly hosted by the Honam region centers (GIST, Jeonnam, Jeju) and the Chungbuk Innovation Center, with 120 preliminary entrepreneurs and startup companies selected from each center participating.
The main contents included ▲HR education ▲labor education ▲understanding of the four major social insurances ▲practical HR and labor mentoring and networking, as well as educational programs for startup success and sharing HR and labor management know-how from senior startup companies.
Center Director Sang-Yong Ha said, “I hope this seminar helped preliminary entrepreneurs and startups establish a solid management system.” He added, “We will continue to serve as a hub center to support the successful startups of entrepreneurs in the future.”
