Donation of 1.5 Million Won Worth of Contributions Also Delivered
[Asia Economy Reporter Ki Ha-young]Dongyang Life Insurance announced on the 20th that it conducted the '2021 Clothing Recycling' campaign in collaboration with the nonprofit clothing support organization Otcan.
Over the past month, Dongyang Life Insurance employees and FCs collected clothing-related items such as clothes, hats, and shoes that they did not frequently wear, donating about 150 boxes (approximately 1,900 items) to Otcan. Additionally, Dongyang Life Insurance donated 1 million KRW per box, totaling about 1.5 million KRW in donations. The donated items and funds will be used through Otcan to support vulnerable groups domestically and in third-world countries.
