Coway Ranks No.1 in Customer Satisfaction in Korea's Industry for 'Water Purifier and Bed Categories'

Bed Sector Joins Survey for the First Time This Year and Ranks 1st
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] Coway (CEO Lee Hae-sun and Seo Jang-won) announced on the 13th that it was selected as number one in the water purifier and bed categories in the '2021 Korea Customer Satisfaction Index (KCSI)' survey conducted by the Korea Management Association Consulting.
Coway has been ranked first in the water purifier category for five consecutive years since 2017 and has been ranked first a total of 18 times in history. This year, it also achieved a double crown by ranking first in the bed category, which was included in the survey for the first time.
KCSI is an index that indicates the level of customer satisfaction with products and services by industry. Korea Management Association Consulting developed and announced the customer satisfaction measurement methodology in 1992.
In the consumer survey for the water purifier category, Coway achieved a comprehensive satisfaction score of 87.1 points, securing the top position. It received higher scores than competitors in all areas. In particular, it received excellent evaluations in most detailed items such as water taste and quality of the water purifier and service, proving its status as a leading company in eco-friendly home appliances.
In the bed category evaluation, Coway also scored higher than competitors in 'overall satisfaction' and 'repurchase intention,' and received high scores in detailed survey items such as mattress material, functionality, and price.
