Himchan Construction plans to launch the sale of the residential officetel "Misa Herium Avenue Phase 2" in Hanam-si, Gyeonggi-do, in October. Located at 1148-3 Mangwol-dong, Hanam-si, the complex consists of one building with 5 basement floors and 10 above-ground floors, offering a total of 137 units with a floor area of 42㎡ each.
Misa Herium Avenue Phase 2 is situated about a 10-minute walk from Misa Station on Seoul Subway Line 5.
