[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Jong-hwa] Kyungdong Navien announced on the 8th that it has ranked first in the boiler category for 8 consecutive years and 9 times in total in the '2021 Korea Customer Satisfaction Index (KCSI)' organized by the Korea Management Association Consulting (KMAC).
The Korea Customer Satisfaction Index is the first domestic CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) survey model started in 1992, and is a credible indicator that evaluates customer satisfaction with products and services. This year, more than 10,700 consumers directly evaluated the satisfaction of 354 companies in 112 industrial sectors to select the top company in each industry.
Kyungdong Navien developed the first condensing boiler in Asia in 1988 and has led the domestic distribution of condensing boilers for energy saving and environmental protection. Condensing boilers are widely known for their advantage of reducing nitrogen oxides, a major cause of fine dust, by about 79% compared to general boilers, and significantly lowering carbon dioxide emissions, the main cause of the greenhouse effect, contributing to air quality improvement. Since April 2020, their use has been mandatory in air quality management zones.
Based on globally recognized technology, Kyungdong Navien diversifies its product lineup to provide optimal products tailored to customer needs for a comfortable and convenient life. Kyungdong Navien has expanded consumer choices with products featuring various functions and price ranges, including the premium condensing product NCB900 and NCB700 series, the NCB500 series which set the standard for condensing boilers with eco-friendly technology, and the NCB300 series boasting excellent heating performance at a reasonable price.
