Kumho Tire Ranks 1st for 17 Consecutive Years in KCSI Passenger Car Tire Category
High Scores in Overall Satisfaction and Repurchase Intention Evaluation
Performance and Design Receive Praise Overseas as Well
[Asia Economy Reporter Ki-min Lee] Kumho Tire has been selected as the top company in the passenger car tire category in the '2021 Korea Customer Satisfaction Index (KCSI)' survey conducted by the Korea Management Association Consulting, achieving first place for 17 consecutive years.
KCSI is a representative domestic customer satisfaction index, based on overall satisfaction reflecting industry characteristics, comprehensive element satisfaction, and repurchase intention.
Kumho Tire recorded a comprehensive ranking score of 83.8 points in the passenger car tire category, securing first place. Kumho Tire explained that in this survey, it received favorable reviews in 'comprehensive element satisfaction,' which measures satisfaction with the products, services, and image elements of the company currently in use, as well as in the 'repurchase intention evaluation.'
Kumho Tire's product quality is recognized not only domestically but also internationally. Earlier this year, the Exsta HS51 ranked first in the summer tire performance test conducted by the German automotive magazine Auto Bild. Additionally, it has consecutively won awards such as Germany's iF Design Award, Germany's Red Dot Design Award, and the United States' IDEA Design Award, which are industrial design awards.
