NH Investment & Securities Publishes THE100 Report No. 76 on Post-Retirement Investment
[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Seon-ae] NH Investment & Securities 100-Year Life Research Institute announced on the 7th that it has published THE100 Report No. 76, focusing on post-retirement investment. THE100 Report is a research publication issued monthly by NH Investment & Securities 100-Year Life Research Institute, studying various topics such as lifetime asset management for a happy 100-year life and trends of the 100-year era.
The first report in this issue, "Investment Must Continue After Retirement," explained the necessity of continuing investment after retirement by adhering to three investment principles in a situation where income is needed during retirement due to longevity. In "Creating Income with Retirement Funds," it suggested ways to secure a portion of living expenses through regular income-type investments such as income-type Exchange-Traded Funds (ETFs) when preparation for retirement through the three-tier pension system is insufficient. Lastly, "A New Method of Real Estate Investment, REITs" explained the characteristics of REITs investment, which allows investors to achieve effects similar to real estate investment without directly owning buildings or commercial properties.
