Shinhan Bank Enhances 'SACP' for Providing Various AI Services
Expansion of AI Services and Productivity Enhancement in Credit Evaluation and Asset Management Using Data
[Asia Economy Reporter Kwangho Lee] Shinhan Bank announced on the 6th that it has established the AI platform 'SACP (ShinhanAI Core Platform) 2.0,' which enhances AI performance and operations in response to the growing demand for various AI services.
SACP is the first AI training and operation platform in the domestic financial sector, operating AI models using internal and external bank data to provide customers with digital technology-based services such as credit evaluation, asset management, and automatic document classification.
Through this advancement, Shinhan Bank has strengthened AI model operation to 24 hours and improved disaster recovery, data management, and monitoring environments.
In particular, a new environment was established to simultaneously operate multiple models (Champion and Challenger) for a single AI service, enhancing responsiveness to changes in market conditions and model characteristics.
Through this, Shinhan Bank can manage resources required for developing digital services using AI models more efficiently and apply AI models quickly to a wider range of digital tasks.
