Lexus Ranks 1st in Consumer Insight's Imported Car Sales and After-Sales Service Satisfaction Survey
Toyota Also Ranks 2nd in Sales Service and 3rd in After-Sales Support
[Asia Economy Reporter Yu Je-hoon] Toyota Motor Korea announced on the 5th that Lexus ranked first in the imported car sales service and after-sales service (AS) satisfaction survey conducted by Consumer Insight in the 2021 automobile planning survey.
Consumer Insight has been conducting planning surveys annually since 2001, targeting about 100,000 car consumers each year. According to Toyota Motor Korea, Lexus ranked first in both sales service and AS this year, while Toyota ranked second and third respectively.
In particular, in the sales service satisfaction survey, Lexus and Toyota have alternated in first place over the past seven years. Additionally, Lexus has maintained first place in AS satisfaction for three consecutive years since 2019.
