Mid-sized Housing Companies to Offer 6,380 Units in October... 13% Increase from Previous Month
[Asia Economy Reporter Ryu Tae-min] Seventeen mid-sized housing companies plan to supply 6,380 housing units nationwide next month.
On the 30th, the Korea Housing Builders Association announced that according to the October housing supply plans collected from its member companies, 17 companies will supply a total of 6,380 units across 19 projects. This is a 13% (754 units) increase compared to the previous month (5,626 units). However, it is a 57% (8,319 units) decrease compared to October of last year (14,699 units).

By region, Chungnam leads with 1,986 units, followed by Jeonbuk with 1,155 units. Other planned supplies include ▲Gyeonggi-do 910 units ▲Gyeongnam 828 units ▲Jeonnam 737 units ▲Gangwon 461 units ▲Gwangju 303 units. There are no planned supplies in Seoul.
