Judge Park stated, "The crime in this case is serious as the defendant trespassed into a restroom used by an unspecified number of women and filmed them multiple times," adding, "Considering that the defendant meticulously planned the crime by preparing a small camera shaped like a lighter in advance, a prison sentence is inevitable."
