[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Chun-han] Lotte Mart announced on the 17th that it will launch ‘Yorihada X Songchugamagol LA Kkotgalbi,’ jointly developed with Songchugamagol, a galbi restaurant with 40 years of tradition.
This product uses only the premium part of beef ribs called Kkotgalbi, known for its good texture, and features a soft texture enhanced by kiwi pur?e. It also uses Songchugamagol’s special seasoning sauce made by grinding domestic Korean pear and garlic.
Recently, as dining out has decreased due to COVID-19, RMR (Ready Meal Replacement) products that turn famous restaurant dishes into home meal replacements have gained popularity. In fact, Lotte Mart’s RMR product sales increased by 74.9% from January to August.
