A man in his 40s dies two days after first Moderna vaccine dose... Gyeongbuk Andong health authorities investigate causality

According to Andong City and Andong Police Station on the 15th, around 8 a.m. that day, a resident found Mr. A collapsed at the entrance of a one-room apartment in Pyeonghwa-dong, Andong City, and reported it to 119.
Mr. A was reported to have shown symptoms of respiratory distress when found. Paramedics who arrived provided emergency treatment and transported him to a nearby hospital, but he ultimately passed away.
It was revealed that Mr. A had received his first dose of the Moderna vaccine on the 13th.
The police requested an autopsy from the National Forensic Service to determine the cause of Mr. A's death.

Health authorities are also conducting an epidemiological investigation to identify any correlation between the death and the vaccine.
