The Win-Win Growth Index is an indicator that quantifies the level of win-win growth of large corporations to promote win-win growth between large, medium, and small enterprises. It is calculated by combining the evaluation of the Win-Win Growth Committee and the Fair Trade Commission's evaluation of the implementation of the Fair Trade Agreement.
Paris Baguette is analyzed to have received high evaluations in this assessment for its win-win activities with franchise stores and active ESG management activities such as support for various partners and local communities.
First, Paris Baguette supports about 200 billion KRW annually in costs such as manufacturing staff service fees for franchise stores, scholarships for franchise owners' children and part-time workers, and marketing expenses.
Since 2009, it has operated the autonomous dispute resolution system called the 'Win-Win Committee,' and through the 'Long-Term Store Win-Win Agreement Proclamation Ceremony' held earlier this year, it allows stable contract renewals for stores operating for more than 10 years, carrying out various activities for win-win growth with franchise stores.
