Gwangju Chamber of Commerce Introduces Dual Monitor System at National Technical Qualification Permanent Testing Center
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Jin-hyung] The Gwangju Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Chairman Jeong Chang-seon) announced that it plans to install dual monitors at the permanent testing center starting from the 15th.
The national technical qualification regular exam will be changed from the analog method of distributing coated paper test sheets to a digital method where the test paper and answer sheet are displayed separately on two monitors.
This will allow for zooming in and out of the test paper and free navigation between pages, enhancing the readability of exam questions and improving examinees' concentration.
Currently, Gwangju Chamber of Commerce operates professional qualification evaluation exams in a total of 12 fields, including national technical qualification exams such as word processor and computer utilization skills, as well as nationally certified qualification exams like trade English and Hanja.
Chae Hwa-seok, Executive Director of the Gwangju Chamber of Commerce and Industry, explained, "The Chamber of Commerce, which oversees IT-related certifications, has established a dual monitor system to proactively respond to the Fourth Industrial Revolution era."
