New employees will open lectures on new generations and new communication methods, and 31 executives of Shinhan Life will take the lectures in six groups for one month.
The lecture contents include ▲ Metaverse (extended virtual world) experience and sharing utilization ideas ▲ Reasons to focus on the MZ generation (Millennials + Generation Z) ▲ MZ feedback methods ▲ Working styles of currently popular companies ▲ If returning as a new employee ▲ Companies favored by MZ these days, totaling six courses.
The entrance ceremony was also held in virtual spaces such as Shinhan L Tower, lounge, and auditorium opened on the metaverse platform Gather Town.
Shinhan Life plans to consider expanding the target of 'Geokkuro School' from executives and headquarters chiefs to team leaders.
