SC Jeil Bank Conducts Online Mentoring for Future Women Leaders

View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Song Seung-seop] SC First Bank announced on the 13th that it conducted leadership mentoring for future female leaders participating in ‘Goal@Home’.
‘Goal@Home’ is an SC First Bank social contribution program that provides home training-style education to female elementary and middle school students during adolescence. The lectures are delivered by female university student volunteers who have completed courses from JA Korea, a nonprofit organization specializing in youth education and a program partner, and ‘Women Win,’ an international women’s organization specializing in sports education programs.
The mentoring held on the 10th was an extra program prepared for female university students participating in ‘Goal@Home.’ The ‘Women’s Network,’ composed of female executives at the manager level or higher at SC First Bank, conducted mentoring to help them leverage their strengths and develop insight. A Q&A session on career paths and employment was also held.
