On the day, Chairman Lee visited the Chungbuk Horticultural Cooperative in Chungju and the Anseong Horticultural Cooperative in Anseong, urging them to manage the supply to ensure apples and pears are delivered smoothly during the busy Chuseok season.
To stabilize apple and pear prices during the Chuseok peak season, NACF is implementing various supply stabilization measures, including ▲expanding the contracted volume of the fruit supply stabilization project by 1.8 times compared to usual, ▲offering 100,000 boxes of 'Affordable Fruit Gift Sets' such as apples and pears at a 20% discount from market prices, and ▲promoting the consumption of domestic fruits.
