Hong Sangsoo's 'In Front of Your Face' to Open on the 21st of Next Month
Screened at Cannes Film Festival... Starring Lee Hye-young, Jo Yoon-hee, Kwon Hae-hyo, Seo Young-hwa, and Kim Sae-byeok
Distributor Yeonghwajejakjeonwonsa and Content Panda announced on the 8th that the film "Dangsin Eolgul Apeseo," which was screened at the Cannes International Film Festival last July, will be released on the 21st of next month. It is director Hong Sangsoo's twenty-sixth feature film. It casually illuminates the daily life of actor Sangok, who has returned to Korea after several years. Scenes include walking with a younger sibling, visiting a nephew's store, and drinking with a film director. Capturing moments faithful to the present, it asks how to live happily. The cast includes Lee Hyeyoung, Jo Yoonhee, Kwon Haehyo, Seo Younghwa, and Kim Saebyeok. Kim Minhee, a regular actor in Hong Sangsoo's films, served as production manager for the second time following "Introduction."
