Shinhan Card Revamps Small Business Support Platform 'MyShop Partner'... "Individual Entrepreneurs Also Eligible for Membership"
Added Content on Sales Management, Store Operations, Commercial Area Analysis, and Business Support
[Asia Economy Reporter Ki Ha-young] Shinhan Card announced on the 8th that it has renewed and reopened the integrated support platform for small business owners, 'MyShop Partner,' to help small business owners struggling due to the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic.
With this renewal, the platform has been expanded into an open platform accessible to all small business owners, allowing individual entrepreneurs who are not Shinhan Card merchants or online shopping malls to register.
In addition to the previously free support for merchant promotion and marketing, new features such as sales management, store operation, commercial district analysis, and business support content have been added. The platform has been advanced to provide integrated core services necessary for small business owners' business operations.
'Sales Management' allows subscribers to consent to sales data collection and link with the Credit Finance Association, National Tax Service, and delivery applications (apps). This provides integrated sales details and deposit statuses?including pending, on hold, and completed deposits?not only from Shinhan Card but also from all card companies, cash receipts, Zero Pay, delivery apps, and shopping malls.
'Store Operation' offers functions for managing store information, employee management, and QR pay management, as well as trend analysis information such as customer reviews and ratings, busy days and hours, frequently visiting age groups, and gender ratio charts.
For 'Commercial District Analysis,' the platform uses individual entrepreneur CB to diagnose the store's management status across five categories and provides analysis of interest keywords and search volumes by sector using the latest tag cloud technology. 'Business Support' develops and recommends optimal financial products tailored to each business owner and offers various services supporting businesses such as small business shopping malls.
To commemorate the renewal opening, Shinhan Card is also running an event until the end of this month to provide hope support funds of up to 10 million KRW to small business owners struggling due to COVID-19. During the event period, users can download the MyShop Partner app from the App Store or Play Store, register for the service, and participate in the event.
