On the 7th, the KBA's Legal Order Violation Supervision Center plans to send emails requesting explanations to 391 lawyers who have not yet withdrawn from platforms like Lotoc by the morning of the 8th. Last month, the KBA also requested explanations from 1,440 lawyers registered on Lotoc.
The KBA stated, "According to the explanatory emails received by the 25th of last month, many platforms had issues," and added, "Strict measures are planned." The KBA further said, "Members who have complied with regulations by withdrawing from legal platform sites will be respected for their efforts and appropriate corresponding measures will be taken," while "members who still refuse to comply will face strict measures in accordance with principles."
