Three Leading Companies Make New Investments in Changwon National Industrial Complex
This Year, 69 Companies in Changwon National Industrial Complex Sign Investment Agreements Worth 2.6 Trillion Won
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kang Sharon] Changwon City, Gyeongnam, signed an investment agreement on the 7th with three companies: Geuma Hydropower, AMS, and Geuma System.
Geuma Hydropower is a hydraulic equipment specialist located in the Changwon National Industrial Complex.
AMS and Geuma System are affiliates of this company.
The three companies have business sites in the Changwon National Industrial Complex and Jeongchon-myeon, Jinju City.
Recently, they purchased the site and buildings of Taekyung Heavy Industries within the Changwon National Industrial Complex in Sinchon-dong, Seongsan-gu, Changwon City, which were up for auction, to consolidate scattered business sites and expand production lines.
The three companies will invest 80.1 billion KRW by 2023, including the purchase amount of Taekyung Heavy Industries real estate, and newly employ more than 51 people.
Changwon City will provide administrative and financial support to ensure the investment proceeds smoothly.
