Gyeongbuk Sangju Life, Biology, and Ecology Integration Learning Program... 10 Sessions of 'Creatures in Our Culture'
A living organism ecology integration learning program operated by Sangju Lifelong Learning Center and the Nakdong River National Institute of Biological Resources.
View original image[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters, Reporter Kim Yong-woo] Sangju City, Gyeongbuk, opened the 'Life-Biology-Ecology Convergence Learning Program' on the 6th at the auditorium on the 3rd floor of the Sangju City Hall Lifelong Learning Center.
The program is jointly operated by the Sangju Lifelong Learning Center and the National Nakdong River Biological Resources Center. From August 25 to 31, 25 students were selected through a first-come, first-served recruitment.
It consists of 10 programs, including organisms in our culture, and will run for a total of 10 weeks until November 16.
The first day of education was conducted under the theme 'Organisms in Our Culture' with theoretical education and hands-on crafting experience. Over the 10 weeks, it will be operated with various themes such as experiences and field explorations about the surrounding organisms.

Jo Jeom-geun, director of the Lifelong Learning Center, said, “As a regionally specialized ecological learning program linked with the National Nakdong River Biological Resources Center, we hope it will help understand the diversity of biological resources and provide mental and physical healing education.”
