Changwon City Awards Special Plaques to 17 Restaurants Celebrating 10 Years of Excellence
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters, Reporter Jucheol In] On the 6th, Changwon City in Gyeongnam awarded plaques of commendation and special commemorative signboards to 17 establishments that have maintained the status of 'Changwon Matjip' for 10 years, in celebration of the 10th anniversary of Changwon Matjip at the Citizen Hall.
This year, Changwon City selected 63 restaurants as Changwon Matjip. Among them, 17 have maintained their status as Changwon Matjip for 10 years.
The city highly evaluated the consistent taste that enhanced the image of Changwon City and awarded plaques. Additionally, a commemorative signboard symbolizing 10 years of Changwon Matjip was separately made and hung at the entrance of the restaurants.
Changwon Matjip has been designated annually by Changwon City since 2011, selecting restaurants that are delicious and clean as 'Changwon Matjip.'
