Citibank Korea Provides 'Online Mentoring' to Aspiring Female University Students in the Financial Sector
Korea Citibank held the 'Citi-JA Special Job Talk in Fintech' on the 4th in collaboration with JA Korea to support employment for female university students.

The event, held on the 4th, was part of the 'Citi-JA Shining Future Program' aimed at enhancing the employment capabilities of students from specialized high schools and university students preparing for jobs.
The target participants were female university students interested in employment in the financial sector. Employees from Citibank Korea and other financial institutions attended to provide mentoring and special lectures. About 110 students participated in the activities.
Participating students were provided with free course vouchers for various IT online education programs such as data science and artificial intelligence, as well as one-on-one resume review service vouchers.
