Damyang-gun, COVID-19 Coexistence National Support Fund... Applications and Payments from the 6th
[Damyang=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Chunsu] Jeonnam Damyang-gun announced on the 2nd that it will provide the COVID-19 coexistence national support fund to comfort many residents who suffered damage due to the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic and to secure a safety net for their livelihood.
Applications are open to households with a resident registration in Damyang-gun as of June 30 and with a median income of 180% or less (based on health insurance premiums). The support fund is 250,000 KRW per person and will be paid individually. Minors can have the head of household apply and receive the fund on their behalf.
In Damyang-gun, it is expected that 42,940 people, accounting for 90% of the total population of 47,395, will receive the support. Payments will be made via credit/debit cards and local gift certificates.
Online applications can be made starting from the 6th through the card company's website or app used by the applicant, and from the 13th, applications can be submitted in person at banks linked to the card or at the local town or township offices of the applicant's address jurisdiction.
Additionally, those who want to receive prior notifications about eligibility and application methods can use the pre-notification service through Naver app, KakaoTalk, Toss, or the National Secretary website.
