Damyang-gun Announces Individual Official Land Prices as of July 1 This Year
Real Estate Official Price Notification and Viewing at County Office Website and Civil Service Center
[Damyang=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Chunsu] Damyang County in Jeollanam-do announced on the 1st that as of July 1st this year, it has completed the assessment of individual publicly announced land prices for 1,611 land parcels within the jurisdiction and will allow landowners and other interested parties to review and provide opinions from the 1st to the 23rd.
The land parcels subject to this individual publicly announced land price assessment were those that experienced land movement reasons such as division, merger, or land category change from January 1st to June 30th this year. The assessed prices will be finalized and publicly announced on October 29th after processes including public review by residents.
Detailed individual publicly announced land prices can be viewed and confirmed at the county office civil service center, town and township offices, Damyang County website, and the Real Estate Public Price Notification Service. If there are any opinions, they can be submitted by mail or in person to the county office’s Open Civil Complaints Division or the town and township offices.
For lands with submitted opinions, a re-investigation will be conducted considering price balance with nearby lands and standard lands, followed by a detailed verification by certified appraisers. After deliberation by the Damyang County Real Estate Price Public Announcement Committee, individual notifications will be made by October 15th.
Individual publicly announced land prices, which have a close impact on residents’ lives, are used as basic administrative data for calculating national taxes, local taxes, and various charges.
