National Pension Service Invests as LP in 2.6 Trillion KRW Magok Complex Project
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Soyeon] The National Pension Service is investing in a 2.6 trillion KRW project to develop a mixed-use office and commercial facility in the Magok district of Gangseo-gu, Seoul.
According to the financial investment industry on the 26th, the National Pension Service signed a conditional pre-purchase contract for the completion of the CP4 block office and commercial complex in Magok-dong, Gangseo-gu, through a real estate fund formed by Aegis Asset Management. The project is being implemented by Magok CP4 PFV, with Taeyoung Construction as the contractor, and is scheduled for completion by the end of 2024.
This project involves constructing office, retail, and accommodation facilities with a total floor area of 463,180㎡ on the CP4 block of the special planning district office land in Magok-dong, Gangseo-gu, Seoul.
