Among the 13 suspected cases identified, 8 involved the lawmakers themselves.
On the same day, the ACRC announced the results of a full investigation into the real estate transactions of a total of 507 individuals, including members of the National Assembly from the People Power Party, the Justice Party, the People Party, the Open Democratic Party, the Basic Income Party, and the Transition Korea Party, as well as their spouses and direct relatives. The investigation was based on transactions over the past seven years, including properties previously owned but now sold. The ACRC forwarded these findings to the Government Joint Special Investigation Headquarters (Special Investigation Headquarters) for further investigation.
Lawmakers suspected of legal violations included 12 members (13 cases) from the People Power Party and 1 member (1 case) from the Open Democratic Party. The number of People Power Party lawmakers detected matches the number of Democratic Party of Korea lawmakers identified in a similar investigation conducted in June under the same criteria. Specifically, among the 13 suspected cases involving People Power Party lawmakers, 8 involved the lawmakers themselves, 1 involved spouses, 2 involved parents, and 2 involved children. The single case from the Open Democratic Party was related to the lawmaker themselves.
The violations related to People Power Party lawmakers included ▲1 case of suspected real estate name trust, ▲2 cases of suspected tax evasion such as disguised gifts, ▲4 cases of suspected violations of the Land Compensation Act, Building Act, and Special Act on Public Housing, and ▲6 cases of suspected violations of the Farmland Act. In the Open Democratic Party, one lawmaker was suspected of one illegal transaction. Among the four other non-negotiating parties excluding the Open Democratic Party, no cases were detected. Also, unlike the Democratic Party of Korea, no one was implicated in suspicions related to the 3rd New Town development.
Meanwhile, regarding the suspected violation of the Farmland Act involving Democratic Party of Korea lawmaker Woo Sang-ho, who was cleared by police investigation, the ACRC explained, "After the ACRC's on-site investigation, it was judged that there was suspicion of violation of the Farmland Act, but detailed investigations of related parties should be confirmed through police investigation, so the case was forwarded (to the police)." The ACRC added, "According to the notification received, the detailed investigation results led to non-prosecution due to the statute of limitations (expiration of a certain period)."

Additionally, the ACRC stated that lawmaker Yoon Sang-hyun, who recently rejoined the People Power Party, lawmaker Tae Young-ho, a defector from North Korea also affiliated with the same party, and eight independent lawmakers were excluded from the investigation. An ACRC official explained, "Lawmaker Tae was excluded due to matters related to national security, and lawmaker Yoon was excluded because he recently rejoined the party."
