At the time of the crackdown by the city's late-night inspection team on the 20th, according to social distancing guidelines, general restaurants are subject to gathering restrictions from 10 PM to 5 AM the next day, prohibiting in-store operations. However, the caught establishment had two customers consuming alcoholic beverages and side dishes inside while the door was locked.
The city plans to file criminal charges against the representative and users who violated the gathering restriction under the "Infectious Disease Prevention and Control Act."
The late-night inspection team continues to monitor businesses operating in violation of administrative orders, applying a zero-tolerance policy especially to caught establishments.
A city official stated, "Since this is a critical time, we will respond strongly with a zero-tolerance policy to violations. To overcome COVID-19, cooperation from both business owners and citizens is essential, so we ask everyone to strictly follow the quarantine guidelines."

Until the 29th, restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores are prohibited from in-store operations from 9 PM to 5 AM the next day.
