Chestertons Hotel and Residence Partners with Airbnb
Chester Tones Hotel & Residence, operated by CEO Shin Yuseop, signed a partnership agreement on the 17th with the accommodation sharing platform Airbnb for the operation and management of residential lodging facilities.
Through this partnership, CEO Shin enabled residential lodging facilities managed by Chester Tones Hotel & Residence to be sold to guests via Airbnb when the owners are not using them, thereby generating revenue. CEO Shin stated, "We expect this to maximize customer satisfaction and also serve as a positive signal for sales revenue."
CEO Shin plans to gradually expand the scope of this partnership to include residential lodging facilities such as ‘Le Bour Naksan by Chester Tones,’ a pop art concept managed second house located at Naksan Beach, and ‘Hillstate Sihwa Lake Lagoon Interas’ in Ansan, Gyeonggi Province, integrating Airbnb sharing services into these properties.
CEO Shin said, “As an Airbnb host, we will strive to present Chester Tones’ professional and differentiated services to Airbnb guests,” adding, “We will create exemplary cases of domestic residential lodging facility operations going forward.”
