The Sujeong Police Station in Seongnam, Gyeonggi Province, announced on the 11th that they applied for an arrest warrant on charges of attempted murder against Mr. A, who was arrested and booked at the scene.
Mr. A is accused of visiting the Samsung Electronics Service Seongnam Center around 12:30 p.m. the previous day and, while receiving consultation on how to operate a mobile phone, wielding a weapon he had prepared in advance and injuring a repair technician in his 30s.
